INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING THE PAPER OR POSTER
- All abstracts must be submitted through the online system accessible via the APA website. Authors are required to upload both a brief abstract of about 200 words and a more detailed extended abstract (2–4 pages, including any tables) outlining the study’s topic, objectives, data sources, methods, and anticipated results.
- Each presenting author may submit up to two abstracts. Authors may, however, be included as co-authors on additional submissions.
- Submissions must be assigned to one of the thematic areas listed in the online system.
- Authors wishing to present only a poster should select their preferred theme and indicate “poster session” during submission.
- Every submission will undergo review by two anonymous referees before the theme organizer considers it for placement in a conference session.
